The string lines all radiated from the corner point and wandered to the edges of the tile. The middle space was a bit too thick for my liking, so I added a string of Pearlz, lines on either side, and then darkened in one side. The tangles were all so similar in weight that I thought the dark contrast was needed.
The tangles are simple - it was shading that made them come to life. I love when that happens!
